 As our customers first point of contact, the Outside Service Attendant will set the tone for the day by greeting members, guests and visitors with a warm welcome and a smile. You play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have a first-class experience, while maintaining policies, procedures and golf services operations.

Key Responsibilities include:
•    Coordinate with the days tee sheet to familiarize yourself with arriving members and guests
•    Greet members and guests upon arrival in a courteous and friendly manner
•    Aid members and guests at bag drop area, assisting with golf clubs and other requests
•    Assist in the implementation and execution of member and public golf events
•    Support in maintaining a clean and well-organized club storage area
•    Clean golf clubs for club storage members and arrange them in an organized manner
•    Stage golf clubs of club storage members in the staging area ahead of their arrival
•    Clean golf carts and restock when necessary
•    Maintain constant contact with Pro Shop and operations staff, informing them of the arrival of all members and guests
•    Keep staging/work area consistently clean at all times
•    Set up and maintain the cleanliness of the driving range, including the cleaning and restocking of golf balls
•    Clean, stock, and store golf carts
•    Promptly report any issues with golf carts or other operational equipment to your Supervisor or Golf Professional
•    Provide starting and marshalling duties with use of Tag Marshal as needed

 Requirements and Qualifications

•    High school level English communication skills.
•    Prior experience in resort and golf industry an asset
•    Must excel in customer service
•    Proven organizational skills and an attention to detail
•    Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work well in a team environment
•    Be neat and professional in appearance
•    Approach responsibilities in an organized and energetic manner
•    Excellent public relations skills
•    High regard for Health and Safety for self and others
•    Long periods of standing on your feet.
•    Must be willing to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends and holidays.

•    Work under pressure
•    Work in a fast-paced environment
•    Able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions
•    Must be able to lift 50 LBS
•    Long periods of standing on your feet

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Starting at $17.20/hour (Commensurate with experience)
