We’re looking for an Infrastructure Analyst to join our cutting-edge IT team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of mission-critical systems, ensuring top performance across on-premises and cloud environments. You’ll tackle complex technical challenges, enhance security, optimize performance, and spearhead innovation—all while collaborating with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

What You’ll Do – Your Impact Matters!

 Design, Build & Optimize

• Deploy, maintain, and enhance IT infrastructure across on-prem and Azure cloud environments.
• Take charge of mission-critical systems, including Windows Server, Linux, Hyper-V, and SAN storage solutions.
• Fine-tune performance, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure 24/7 system reliability.

 Fortify & Secure

• Implement next-level security strategies to protect infrastructure from evolving threats.
• Own patch management and compliance (PCI, ISO, NIST), keeping infrastructure rock-solid.
• Develop robust disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.

Innovate with Cloud & Networking

• Architect scalable, high-performance cloud solutions in Azure.
• Optimize networking infrastructure, bridging on-prem systems with cloud-based operations.
• Lead automation efforts with PowerShell & Bash scripting to streamline operations.

Collaborate & Lead

• Be the go-to expert (Tier 3) for complex technical escalations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business goals.
• Lead vendor management and third-party support relationships to drive the best outcomes.

Drive Continuous Improvement

• Lead IT projects that enhance efficiency, automation, and security.
• Create and maintain top-tier documentation, ensuring knowledge is accessible and up to date.
• Mentor and train IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

What You Bring – The Ultimate Tech Stack

8+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, with deep expertise in:

• Windows Server & Linux environments
• Cloud computing (Azure preferred) & Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
• Hyper-V, SAN storage solutions & high-availability system management
• Network architecture, security best practices & cloud-based networking
• PowerShell & Bash scripting for automation
• Backup solutions (SQL, Veeam, Windows/Linux, cloud)

 

 Extra Bonus Points For:

• Certifications (Microsoft Azure, ITIL, CompTIA, M365, security certifications)
• Expertise in Aruba networking, HP servers, and Active Directory (on-prem & Azure)
• Experience delivering IT infrastructure projects & driving digital transformation
